LOVE YOUR CLOTHES
A short animation encouraging more eco-friendly habits in relation to clothing
This was developed as a student capstone project, where we were allowed full creative freedom on the topic and final outcome of the project. Love Your Clothes was a call to action, raising awareness on the issue of clothing/textile waste, and encouraging the audience to create better habits through reusing rather than wasting their own clothes. The final output was a narrative styled explainer that blended different techniques into one cohesive video, utilising techniques such as stop motion, roto scoping, hand drawn and vector elements.

DEVELOPMENT
Storyboard
Throughout this project my main goal was to focus on blending different animation techniques into one cohesive video, with my main focus on learning and incorporating stop motion and roto scoping.
Styleframes
The final video resulted in a unique style, blending multiple different visual styles and techniques into one cohesive video. Encouraging users to better look at their clothing waste habits, and reevaluate how they can look at their own wardrobe to better reuse and recycle their old fashion items.
